Horrible! Never gets the order right. Hair in food the last three times we ordered frim them. Charge for what they don't give you and the manager yells at you and over talks you when we complained. Nasty, food, nasty, rude employees. The owner is never there and will not return you messages which leaves you dealing with his psycho "manager" who accuses you of trying to "get free food" because you dont want to eat hair and get what you paid for. I'm contacting the health department and the better business bureau. How they stay in business is beyond us. Do yourself a favor: Don't eat there, and definitely don't do carryout! Your wallet and stomach will thank you.

The first time we ate there, it was pretty good. Not the second time!After we got home, we found pictures of the kitchen on Facebook. I will never eat there again. I saw several serious health code violations. Also, the owner was very rude. He actually yelled at me when I asked him for a take out box!The photos were gross.

Copper Coyote HAS changed for the BETTER. The food is absolutely AMAZING now! I am telling you, I have been to quality Mexican restaurants in Texas and in Santa Fe New Mexico and Copper Coyote is on par with, if not better! My wife and I are chili relleno fans and Copper Coyote has the best we have EVER had hands down!The food tastes fresh and authentic. The value with the amount of food they give is fantastic. The staff are super friendly and prompt. I HIGHLY recommend the Mexican platter and the street tacos. Copper Coyote has won my family over and they will be our go to restaurant for Mexican cuisine! ***Update*** Finally had the BBQ here, and it is INCREDIBLE as well! I got the Moocho BBQ meat plate and got enough food to feed three people for just $18! Seriously, very VERY good! Even the fried okra is some of the best I have had! Now I don't have to go all the way to Kansas City for great BBQ!

Guys this is by far the best Mexican restaurant in Warrensburg. It's the best anywhere around for a long ways. And their barbecue is fantastic. The burnt ends melt-in-your-mouth

Excellent service Excellent food. Eating up there at least two to three times weekly now I have eaten numerous different items on their Mexican food menu and have not found anything I don't like yet. I have also eaten their barbecue and it is delicious. I am very glad the restaurant is as good and probably better than it used to be!!! I also observed something you don't see at any other restaurant, and that is the owner working right along side of his employees. So if you haven't tried the Restaurant yet under new ownership, please do so, you will not be disappointed!!!

Eduardo, new guy from Mexico City, he runs the place and he's great!!! I highly recommend his service and loved chatting with him. Strong Frozen Friday margaritas!

We went back to Copper Coyote for the first time in a long time, and we were very impressed with the new management and the improvements that have been made! We now have another option in Wburg!!

Been going here for years the food and drinks are amazing, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The chicken quesadilla is my fave and Thank you for making my 25th birthday memorable last night. Good one ! 😜

First time eating here. They were not busy. However, the service was great and the food was extremely good. The restuarant was also clean. They wasted no time cleaning off a table as soon as it was unoccupied. Can't wait to come back!

Food was good service was better

There is a listing say 45 - 1.5 hours. I have gone in several times with parties of 2 to 6 and at most the wait time for entree was 30 minutes. GREAT SERVICE, EXCELLENT FOOD.

The food is quite good. I had a very attentive waiter. Lots of Corona advertising. There's a little bar area and plenty of dining seating. I would definitely eat here again. The bathroom is clean.

Found this great restaurant that is under new management . The prices are reasonable and the portions are large. The food is freshly prepared. The salsa that comes with the chips is the best I have ever had and when you get the guacamole you get a mound of chunky delight, not a tablespoon. And they make the best 5 dollar fish bowl margarita that is definitely worth it, strawberry frozen is my choice and it is delicious and not skimped on. Highly recommended this place to all. And 3 dollar draft Budweiser too. Way better than buffalo wild wings. Check it out.

Usually, this is our go-to Mexican restaurant. However, tonight the waitstaff is off of its game. Everything took a long time to come, even the menus, and our drink order was incorrect. When the food came, the waiter stated that the plates were hot and then set them down on the edge of the table instead of in front of us, so we had to reposition them using the flatware.This is not our usual experience here and I'm glad that it wasn't our first.

Love the tacos! Carnitas street tacos are my choice. My boys love taco Tuesday!! My husband thinks that the vegetable fajitas are the best he's ever had. The dips are all delicious. We've been a few times recently and it's always the same best quality of food. Will be returning!

I had fish tacos with coleslaw and they were delicious! They have the best fried okra I’ve ever had! I don’t like fried okra but the manager bought some for us to try and it was VERY good! They also serve BBQ. I went with a large group and one person had a burnt end sandwich. She said it was some of the best BBQ she’s ever had. Our server Carey was excellent! She served our group of 16 like a rockstar! Very friendly place.

Finally, great Mexican food comes to Warrensburg.I only wish they had changed the name.The "Copper Coyote" name has too much negative past.The current owner has superb Barbecue and AUTHENTIC mexican!
